A role has arisen for a graduate entry level role to join a rapidly expanding fin tech house who are scaling up their client team.

As the Client Service Analyst, you’ll be the key point of contact for over 100 high-net-worth clients, where your skills build strong, personal relationships and understanding their unique needs and goals will be vital. This role offers you the opportunity to engage directly with service providers such as banks, brokers, and custodians, ensuring smooth interactions and exceptional support for your clients. Collaboration is key, and you’ll be working closely with the trading team to ensure your clients' investment instructions are executed accurately, always keeping their satisfaction at the forefront. You’ll also manage every aspect of client operations, from account opening to performance reconciliation and tax reporting, ensuring a seamless and effi cient experience for your clients. While these tasks represent the core responsibilities of the role, you can also expect to be involved in various other processes. You’ll collaborate with different functional teams to creatively solve business challenges, contributing to a vibrant and dynamic work environment that drives our collective success.
